We added this pegboard to the work bench to reduce clutter. As you can see it has failed in doing that, but it is a great place to keep fish up and out of the way.

 We also scored a great deal on this Fleshing machine and table locally from another taxidermist that couldn't figure it out.

With a little practice this should greatly improve our fleshing/thinning time...we are currently doing it "old school". I rough flesh with a sharpened machete, and finish with sharp knives and razors.
